Environmental Protection and Wide-Temperature Design
Depending on the selected configuration and validation requirements, the tablet can be engineered toward demanding environmental targets, including:
- Wide-temperature operation: Design targets from -40°C to +85°C, subject to the complete system configuration and validation.
- Dust protection: IP6X-level dust protection as a project-specific enclosure and testing target.
- Salt spray resistance: Material selection, surface treatment, connector selection and sealing design adapted to the intended marine or coastal environment.
- Shock and vibration: Mechanical design and mounting options tailored to the installation environment.
- Humidity and corrosion resistance: Environmental protection measures selected according to the project's exposure conditions.
Final environmental ratings depend on the complete product configuration, including the display, battery, connectors, enclosure, cooling method and accessories. Applicable test conditions and acceptance criteria should be agreed upon before design verification.
Flexible Computing and Interface Configuration
Hardware options can be evaluated according to project requirements, including:
- Processor platform and computing performance
- Memory and storage capacity
- Display size, resolution and brightness
- Capacitive touch or other suitable touch technologies
- Ethernet, USB, serial and other required I/O interfaces
- Wireless connectivity, where required

Railway Applications
For railway-related projects, ShuiSheng can assess requirements associated with onboard operation, environmental conditions, electrical supply, mechanical shock and vibration, and relevant integration constraints.
EN 50155 requirements can be considered where applicable to the intended railway installation. The applicable edition, test scope, required evidence and acceptance criteria must be confirmed for each project. Compliance or certification should only be claimed for the specific configuration supported by appropriate verification or documentation.
Marine, Vehicle and Industrial Applications
For marine and vehicle applications, the design can be adapted to installation space, power supply, connector accessibility, vibration exposure, corrosion risks and operational workflow.
For industrial applications, the tablet can be configured for field inspection, equipment maintenance, mobile data collection, monitoring and other application-specific tasks.
